You meet lots of people in the real estate business. It is essential to protect your client's assests, but you must also protect your most important asset: yourself.
Tips:
- Keep in contact with your office.
- Know your clients and make sure someone from your office knows who you are with.
- Have a buddy system, especially for Open Houses.
- Make code words for your office (Have Emily Leave Papers at XX address)
- Put an ICE contact in your phone (In Case of Emergency) under the contact name ICE
