Be aware of the sign ordinances throughout the cities and County. Subdivisions may have their own sign ordianances as well, be sure to check with sellers and reference the community codes prior to placing signs. WCAR provides a list of all current ordinances (pdf).
WCAR also offers two-hour legal seminars every other month. These classes have TREC credit associated with them and the topics vary from estate law, multiple offers, contracts, agency, etc. If you have a suggestion for a topic, we are always willing to accomodate.
