Forms & Contracts
As a member benefit, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® offers standard real estate contracts and forms for your use. The forms are available on TAR's web site; www.tarnet.com.
Important Note: TransactionDesk will replace InstanetForms in January of 2008!
During the 2007 TAR Spring Conference held in Franklin, TN, an announcement was made that TransactionDesk will completely replace the InstanetForms version in January of 2008. You will not lose any of your data, but easily move it over to the newer system seamlessly. Both systems have been running parallel for a little under one year. If you are using InstanetForms, it is imperative that you start learning how to use TransactionDesk.
TransactionDesk (Lite version) does everything and more than InstanetForms. It replaces InstanetForms with a streamlined look and feel requiring less clicks to navigate and more capability. Don't panic.... TransactionDesk Lite will still be FREE for all TAR members but with the capability to upgrade to the FULL version which allows for transaction management capabilities and other higher end functionality.
If you are a current member and you transfer from one firm or office to another; your office manager needs to send a copy of your TREC transfer form to our office for updating your member record.
