WCAR has over 1,550 members and this is the premier event each year where the members gather and meet vendors who support transactions and supply products and services to assist REALTORS. Exhibitors include Beijo Bags, Silpada Jewelry, mortgage companies, home inspection companies, insurance providers, and many more.

Tuesday, September 1, 2009, from 9:00am – 11:00am, at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Class is free for members and is approved for 2 hours TREC. $40 for non-members.
TREC Core Course 2009/2010 ~ held at Franklin Marriott Cool Springs
Instructor: Marty Calfee
This 4-hour course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for license renewal. The 2009 - 2010 version is currently pending approval, and will be on TREC Law, Rule and Policy Updates, Contracts and Supervision Responsibilities of Managing Brokers.
Tuesday, September 1, 2009, from 1:15pm - 5:15pm, at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Class is $40 for members and $50 for non-members and is approved for 4 mandatory hours of TREC credit.
