2010 Membership Dues Renewal/RPAC iPod Giveaway
Thank you for your membership in 2009. We know that this year was filled with both challenges and opportunites. As we get ready for 2010 and new regulations, new financing programs, and hopefully new tax incentives...WCAR is here to help you navigate through the changes taking place locally, regionally, and nationally.
WCAR is offering a chance to win an iPod Nano. If you make a contribution to RPAC and have your dues paid in full during the following time frames, you will be automatically entered into a drawing for an 8GB iPod Nano. There will be 3 drawings:
- Dues payment and RPAC contributions made Oct 15 - Nov 30th
- Dues payment and RPAC contributions made Dec 1-15th
- Dues payment and RPAC contributions made Dec 15-31st
Tip: Most members pay their dues the last week of the year...your chances to win are greater the earlier you contribute! If you have already paid your dues and would like to make an RPAC contribution, contact David Pair.
We welcome you to renew your membership online by logging into our website. Your default username and password is your NRDS number. If you have changed your password, you can use the one that you selected.

You can make partial payments up until the due date of December 31, 2009 by contacting our office. You will be entered to the contest when your dues are paid in full and if an RPAC contribution is made.
While in your membership profile, please check you email address, home address and contact information. If anything is incorrect, please update it or let us know what changes need to be made. If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using a current version of your Internet Browser, IE 7 or higher, downloads are free.
Invoices have also been mailed to your office. If you prefer to pay by mail or in person, please include the stub on the bottom of your invoice.

Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
