Join WCAR

WCAR provides membership to real estate professionals who pledge to work according to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Upon successful completion the following activities, new members may use the term REALTOR®, with pride, to identify themselves. Joining the association is fast and easy!

Types of Membership with WCAR

REALTOR® Member/Broker
Licensed real estate agents, brokers and appraisers.

Affiliate Affiliate Membership Application (pdf)
Mortgage companies, home inspectors, title companies, stagers, et al. Cannot hold a real estate or broker license.

Secondary
Licensed brokers or agents who hold primary membership with another association.
