TREC Core Course

Required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for license renewal. 

Beginning with 2011, the mandatory TREC Core Course 2011/2012  is 6 hours, and discussed is:

TREC Law, Rule, and Policy Update, Disclosures (mold, acts of nature, flood plain, supression, stigmatized properties), Contracts (residential and commercial), Principal Broker Supervision, Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, and Marketing (gifts and prizes, advertising). 

Held at our office at 1646 Westgate Circle, Brentwood, TN   37027 (unless otherwise noted)

9am - 3:30pm
