TREC Core Course

This 4-hours course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for license renewal.  Topics covered include ethics, the responsibilities of principal brokers, the challenges and opportunities of team structures, and the disclosures required in commercial transactions.  Review of case studies, real life scenarios, and stories will be used to give you insight on how to communicate and solve common challenges that are encountered, while abiding by the Code of Ethics, Tennessee’s license law (including agency law) and the rules of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.

At the WCAR office 9:00am – 1:00pm on Thursday, July 24, 2008, and Monday, November 24, 2008.  At the Franklin Marriott in Cool Springs from 1:15pm – 5:15pm on Thursday, September 4, 2008 .  Cost is $40 for members and $50 for non-members, and is approved for 4 mandatory TREC hours.
