Transaction Desk: Basics

 Transaction Desk is a free program available to members of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS, used to access and manage the TAR forms. The class reviews the basics of the program; system configuration, user preferences, agent set-up, personalization of messages,etc. Using the system to pre-packing listing and buyer packets of TAR forms, populatin and saving information, printing blank forms will be reviewed. Attendees will also learn to upload information from RealTracs to auto-populate fields; share forms and documents with other real estate professionals as well as clients.  Laptops welcome!

Transaction Desk:  Advanced

Instructor:  Buzz Steele, with TAR

Building on the Basics, the focus concentrates on electronically managing a transaction. Review of upgraded features include transaction template set up, work order processing, uploading photos, signed documents and other transaction-related materials to the DOCBOX. Managing the calendar feature. Electronic signatures and more! This class will be intensive and bringing your laptop is strongly recommended.  Transaction Desk: Basics is a pre-requisite.
