THDA "First-time Home Buyer" class

Instructor:  Debbie Reeves

Taught by a specialist with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, this course introduces REALTORS®  to the THDA mortgage loan programs, talks about down payment assistance, financing, and addresses the guidelines and the exceptions to those guidelines. 

Once the class is completed, to be shown on the THDA website as an approved REALTOR®, be sure to put your information on a form that the instructor will have.
