Prelicensing Classes

Prelicensing classes held at WCAR!

New Affiliate Broker Pre-Licensing I & II - 60 hours total.  Course for New Affiliates = 30 hours  /  90 hours total as required by Tennessee Real Estate Commission.

Required courses for Tennessee licensing, includes books, study material, quizzes and final exam.

Course for New Affiliates is additional fee and registration.

Pre I = Week One (Monday-Friday), Pre II = Week Two (Monday-Friday), 8:30am - 2pm ~ $350

Course for New Affiliates = Week Three (Monday-Thursday, 8:30am - 3:30pm ~ $175

Dates for fall 2012 classes to be announced soon!

Course hours do not include a lunch break, however there will be a morning and afternoon break.  Please feel free to bring food/snacks.
