 Subtitled:  Understanding the Lender, You, and the Title Company.  This course will cover from the very beginning of the transaction, the relationship between the mortgage industry, the real estate industry and the title company.  Terms and definitions will be reviewed, as well as rules, regulations and policies.  Also covered is who is responsible at each step and why these steps are necessary and how each step leads to the closing table.   Learn what questions to ask and how to avoid common errors in contract writing that affect the mortgage approval process.
