Subtitled:  An Equal Housing Opportunity.  This course gives a deeper understanding in a positive light to promote professionalism as well as offer legal liability protection as an added enhancement.  A brief fair housing history through a summation of the current law with the latest changes is presented.  You will be able to use Equal Professional Service Model with standard forms and procedures.  Real life fair housing scenarios are demonstrated to give suggested ways to comply with the law, and a worst case scenario to show the impact of a discrimination charge.  Cultural diversity is defined as it relates to future trends, life within our offices, and in professional relationships.
