Develop negotiating skills to assure a “win / win” for buyers and sellers.
This three hour course will show you how to define your role as the Buyer's or Seller's agent and the importance of loyalty to the client, how to help clients remain unemotional during negotiations, and be able to read and relate to both parties involved in the real estate negotiation. After this class, you will be able to promote your services as a confident, successful professional negotiator.
On Thursday, April 3, 2008 from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Cost is $40, and is approved for 3 hours TREC.
