This course will show you how to consistently secure the best outcomes for your clients and communicate effectively under pressure. You'll discover techniques for client counseling and advocating for the client and study the art of influence and persuasion.
This course is an approved ABR elective, and is one requirement out of three needed to earning the ABR Designation. This course also counts toward the PMN Designation
Monday, September 29, 2008, from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Cost is $150, lunch is provided, and is approved for 7 hours TREC.
