Theresa Wilson, CAE is the Executive Vice President of WCAR. Theresa joined the Association in May 2006 and brings substantial association management experience with her, working as the Director of Chapter Support for the Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers and the Director of Marketing for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. Theresa has a BA in Economics from Colgate University and earned her MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Theresa oversees WCAR’s internal and external operations and aims to provide a more rewarding and valuable member experience.
Kathy Allen is the Director of Administration and joined WCAR in January 2007. Kathy serves as the committee liaison to several key WCAR groups; handles all ethics and arbitration questions, and oversees the daily office operations. Kathy can also assist members with questions concerning lockboxes and WCAR events and the rental of WCAR's training facility.
Jan Brasfield serves as the Membership Records Manager and joined WCAR in May 2003. Jan maintains the Association's membership database and NRDS (National REALTORS® Database System) records. Maintaing this information is crucial to uninterrupted access to membership benefits from WCAR, TAR, and NAR.
Karen Czarnecki is the Education Administrator. Karen has been with WCAR since 2000. Questions regarding education history, TREC reports, and registration for WCAR career development offerings can be answered by Karen.
David Pair joined WCAR is August 2007 as the Government Affairs Director. His primary focus involves monitoring all legislative and regulatory action affecting the real estate industry on the local, state, and national level. He serves as the liaison to the Government Affairs committee and will begin work to establish a program supporting WCAR members involved in commercial real estate.
Christy Watkins serves as your first point of contact with WCAR, serving members with Board Store items, general questions, membership application process, and scheduling meetings with the Executive Vice President. Christy joined WCAR in May 2007.
