Established in 1962, the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR) is the leading regional advocate and provider of information services, research and education on the real estate industry for brokers, real estate professionals and the public. With over 1,700 members, WCAR serves the professionals and consumers in the Williamson County area.
Our goal is to support the healthy growth of the Middle Tennessee real estate market and help consumers make more informed real estate decisions. Through our advocacy efforts and promotion of the industry, we will continue to redefine and advance organized real estate in the regions we serve.
