"The Williamson County real estate market experienced a nice increase during the second month of the calendar year as compared to January. Residential closings increased by 32%. With changes still taking place at the Federal legislative level many buyers are still searching and waiting for additional incentives; however the time to buy is now. Prices are holding, interest rates are great and the buyers are taking advantage of the opportunities,” said Diane Johnson, 2009 President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.
